The BEST Appetizer Ever

It’s that time  – we’re all making extra cookies and trying to balance the budget and oh yeah – two parties a week…..You need an appetizer that wows but is secretly EZ – I got you! These delightful bites are great with or without cannabis, and your friends will love you even more.

GREEN CHEESE OLIVE POPPERS

These are a wonderful treat and have a great ’60’s cocktail party vibe. If you use the cannabis butter, be aware thee pack a punch!

2 C. finely grated cheddar cheese

4 Tb soft butter or cannabis butter

1 C. flour

1 jar pimento stuffed olives, drained and patted dry (you’ll need about 20 olives depending on size)

Healthy dash cayenne

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Beat the cheese and butter together till they’re smooth, then stir in the flour and cayenne. Form about a tb. of dough around each olive forming an adorable little coat. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake till firm, about 10 minutes. Let cool and serve – plan on happiness!              www.maryjwhite.com

  • Spring & Cannabis

Time to start my cannabis babies cuz it’s begun… the best smelling wettest happiest season, the time for fresh green stuff and letting go of gravy. The last few months have been all about staying warm and comfy; now we can start to walk away from stew and look at crisp crunchy fresh things. I love this time…
