BBQ Summer!

This is one of those sauces that you can use almost everywhere, especially in summer! Of course you don’t need to use the infused tincture, but…..SO good with it! Try this as written then play with it if you want, it’s all delicious!

                          INFUSED BLUEBERRY BBQ SAUCE

I found this recipe in Cooks Country and with a few teaks – yum! This makes around 2 cups, and you can customize it however you want; try it with chicken, pork, tofu, or salmon. You’ll need:

Oil for the pan

1 clove garlic, minced (add more if you love garlic)

1-2 Tb. canned chipotle chili, minced

2 C. blueberries

½ C. brown sugar

1 Tb. Worchester sauce (omit for vegans)

1 to 2 Tb. glycerin based while plant tincture

Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté the garlic and shallot till soft, not allowing the garlic to brown. Stir in the chipotle chili and cook for about a minute, then add the other stuff except the tincture. When it’s cooked for 5-8 minutes and is blended and cooled some, stir in the tincture. Use this on anything that could use a sweet spicy kick. The 2 Tb. of tincture will provide approx. 100 mg., so plan accordingly. Again, yum!       www.maryjwhite.com
